Last I heard, 56th and Lex will be a skinny, 50 floor residential condo. I don't even think we have a thread for it.

There are a number of small assemblages along Lex in this area that could accomodate skinny condo towers. We'll likely get a few of these.

Check this video out guys: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjKRslH0Qdc

Looks like one of the construction workers is filming up there! Pretty cool although the quality is not very good

This one's coming to life! The windows look blueish/black, I think they'll be good when it's done. 432 Park is really going to pop compared to everything around it!

The 3 rows of windows highest up appear to have a blue film or plastic on them that appears blue with the construction lights at night.

No, I think the windows that have plastic on them are the one's below that look white. The ones above without the plastic look blue. Maybe they're taking the plastic off the windows now that they have gotten to a certain height as it would be harder to take the plastic off the higher they get.

Yeah I expect the windows to look blue, like most other windows going up these days. The lower windows look white, and I know that's not the final color. There is clearly covering over them. I think on the top windows they took the white covering off and that's what all the windows are going to look like! Unless there are two layers of covering on the windows...

I would not be the least surprised if this bad boy hits the 1000 mark by the end of the spring if the weather ends up being nice.

I can't believe how massive this looks, even though it's soo skinny! Does that make sense? Wow, just wow.

Its like a skinny WTC original. Even compared to the Chrysler building it looks huge.
