China Construction boom - cooling off?

I have never been to China, but would like to reach out to the audience. I have heard reports that the Chinese construction "boom" is cooling off.

Can anyone comment on this? Who has actually been to China...

THANKS

haha
cooling down is impossible.
there are only about 40% population of China are living in the urban area, and the urbanization is irresistible, which means more than whole population of the U.S.A. are going into the cities.
the people come form the rural area need new rooms in the urban area, so the constructions is everywhere.
