Small site which mean a very deep parking garage. Excavation should slow the deeper they get.

Yes, the Telus Sky parking garage will be 7 levels deep(6 car, 1 bike). Not sure if that's the deepest in Alberta/Prairie history, but it's gotta be close.

Harbour Plaza Tower (East) is moving clear off the podium. - Had a good look at it yesterday, starting to move into the fun stage now.

Don't know, but it only has about 26 more floors to go, so we likely won't have to wait much longer before they go up.

I don't see a hold up on finishing the balconies. 1 Bloor is not even topped out.

Can't say. Balconies are usually the last to be installed and usually right before occupancy. They aren't vital, can restrict access to facade work and, susceptible to damage.

I hope you don't mind I added the final 25 floors, keep in mind it doesn't take into account taller PH floors and the mech level is still missing.
