This isn't even the same type of cladding. looks cloth like.
Yeah, that is not at all the same as the proposed material.

So, when are they installing the last and final segment of the spire? It's been sitting at the base of the tower for the last few days.

Are the construction workers installing the electrical and other utility wires at the same time as they place each segment of the spire, or will they do that after completing the spire installation?

Cool diagram Chibears85

So we have 11 pieces of the spire up there? How many more to come?

Thanks

I think he meant the mast. In that case, yeah I see the resemblance.

Shouldn't the far left section feature a long red streak down the center since the west face is missing a bunch of windows?

I think it will be similar to the Goldman Sachs building, in that it will still be extremely bright. But we'll see.

They have to put in the communication rings first that would not be able to be installed by tower boom being obstructed by remaining upper spire sections. meanwhile 5 star electric is busy working up the top two sections with revolving beacon and aviation beacons which is a few weeks worth of work. Then we need a few days straight of low winds to jump the tower crane, set the top sections and jump back down.
