Well I mean if we have the W cast, we must be on the top 10 feet. That diagram doesn't have any of the W filled.

I think the W on the North side might be lower, but we'll see

This diagram makes the building look like a gnarly left foot. In the best sort of way, of course.

From the Phillies. No matter how much it changes, this view never gets old.

That view will be even better once 1911 Walnut is built.

I always thought the best view of Philadelphia was approaching from the south on I95. Now that the CTC has been erected, the view from the northwest is giving it a run for its money.

My vote goes to 76 South around Girard Ave, 30th Street.
That view is unreal.

I’m surprise that this hotel build has windows that open. Most that I’ve been to in the US with the exception of balconies, don’t cause they want keep the interior climate under control and not waste energy from excessive heating/cooling due to an open window.

You can see now the small "indentations" where the glass takes on a slight "raised" feel.
Looking at the renderings again, isn't this where the LED lighting is to be placed? Perhaps running vertically up the facade?

Blenfest, Sincere condolences on the loss of your Dad. He was a great man.
I am sure he was very proud of you for doing this project.

hotels usually allow local control of temp for obvious reasons (unlike office buildings) and many have HVAC systems that are connected to sensors on sliding doors or windows so that the unit will shut down if the room isn't closed off. In a high rise like this you likely don't have split systems for each room so temp is probably regulated with VAVs or something.
