Yes. There are two other 40 storey towers - the InterContinental Hotel and the Diamond Crown.

Malancha



Malancha is Bengal DCL’s latest condoville project at Action Area II, New Town, Kolkata. Malancha, on a 5-acre corner plot, and will have 434 apartments in two clusters.

Mahua-Madhabi: Mahua accommodates 160 one and two-bedroom MIG apartments in three 14-storied towers, while Madhabi includes 61 one and two-bedroom LIG apartments in four 4-storied blocks.

Mallika: Contains 213 two and three bedroom HIG apartments and duplexes with terrace and terrace garden in three identical 20-storied towers.

It is interesting to note the diffference between the two renderings - the first one has an Indian touch with with women in Indians dresses and people walking on the streets (instead of footpaths).
