Looks like they've hit the accelerator now and established two floors in the last ten days

I think the first few floors were a lot more complicated and from here on up it should move more quickly.

It's definitely growing much faster now. Can't wait to see how far they get by the end of the year.

my office is in SW SOMA and I am very much looking forward to this popping up on the skyline. I think I will have a view of it once it gets up to floor 25 or so.

Awesome!
3-4 floors per week seems quite ambitious (perhaps impossible), but they have added six stories in the past month. Currently finishing floor 9, if my count is correct:

Those diagonals must make building this a PITA. Just look at where the windows interface with them.

It's certainly nothing that hasn't been done numerous times before. Just look at Chicago's John Hancock Center from 1969 and the former Alcoa Building here.

Just because it's been done before doesn't make it less of a pain in this instance. I do wonder if that bracing is over the windows though. It's unclear from the rendering. I looked at a close-up of Hancock and the bracing is over the windows.

I can well imagine that window washers will find this and our new ribbed buildings a real pain to clean too!

Next two levels of the core are going up now. They may have two more floors done by the weekend.

I walk by this building a lot. From what I can tell it appears like it will be over the windows.
