With such a large building going up - it's quite amazing how "small" the steel structural beams look - however - I would imagine that if you get up close to them - then they look much bigger

Took these from the roof of Suncor Energy Center West tower.
Now that Brookfield Place is high enough to see over the edge of the roof, engineers from EllisDon will use the west tower as one of the known points for resection to determine the exact location of the tower as it is being build.

That's awesome pics that you got - but - how did you get on the roof of the Suncor building???

That glazing looks fantastic. Agree it looks even better in person. Too bad City Centre didn't use glazing similar to this.
