Two new proposals in Toronto, 250 University Ave. 54 floors, 250 Dundas W, 45 floors. These are placeholders until renders of the towers appear:

Amazing work on the renders!

Too bad the Sugar Wharf twin towers are so ugly. Like 2 dystopian smokestacks. Id rather see them cancelled.

I think this thread should be renamed "Future Toronto Skyline". The rest of Canada is not really represented here.

I agree... that said, there's nothing preventing anyone else from any other city, other than Koops from updating this thread.. as much as I appreciate the work that goes into those Toronto renders, would be nice to see some other city renders.

A few people have posted 'other than Toronto' on occasion...

Well, since you're all asking for it

I do "gross" models in Google Earth. The Montreal 3D scene in Google Earth was captured in the summer of 2014. So what you see is what has been built since then: built or topped out (in green), what's under construction (in yellow) and what has been proposed (in blue).

Contrary to Koops, I am not up to date and many projects are missing. I have done just a few of Griffintown, TDC 2 & 3 need to be redone and some are topped out and should be green...

You can actually download all these models and check them out for yourself on Google Earth. It's really easy and the file you need to download is not even one Meg in size. I shared them on MtlUrb.com (with instructions to load them - in French only!) here:

Nice, thanks!

If I had any idea how I'd try my hand at Vancouver and Burnaby's skylines... but I don't.
