Devon Yard Phase II - Devon, PA

5-story residential building with ground floor commercial/retail. This needs to happen! This would be awesome, and would continue the redevelopment of this part of Devon and would help to continue to give Devon a much needed "Main Street." This is also walking distance to the Devon train station. Renderings here:

114 Forrest Ave - Narberth, PA

4-story residential building with ground floor commercial/retail on the corner. This would be great for Narberth! Make it happen! Renderings here:

263 North Main Street - Doylestown, PA

5-story residential building. This would help continue the urban density of Doylestown northward along Main Street. Hope it happens!

601 Lancaster Ave - Berwyn, PA

4-story residential building. Maybe ground floor retail/commercial as well? Nice looking building. Hope it happens!

Ashbridge at Main Street at Exton

Three 4-story residential buildings. For those of you who haven't been to Exton in a while, this has been under construction for a while now, and this whole area is densifying around Main Street at Exton. This is helping to add to the density, and is within walking distance to Main Street, and a quick drive to the Exton train station.

Great to see these denser and attractive projects popping up in the burbs.

I am nervous about the Devon project though. The surrounding neighbors are be difficult and are not thrilled with denser development, even if its on Lancaster Ave (where it should be).

Where exactly is this building going? Google maps places it in-between Sephora and Lululemon, which isn't right, unless demo is involved.

Looks like they're demoing Sephora and Lululemon.

It's a gorgeous design. Night and day compared to One Ardmore...

Could barely get through that sentence without vomiting.

I took a little ride around Suburban Square this weekend. If they added some apartments and got restaurants that weren't fast-casual lunch options, it would be like a little city neighborhood. Not quite there yet though - some parts of it just look like a Florida shopping plaza.

This is going directly across the street from the parking garage, where the old Urban Outfitters was. Urban Outfitters moved to the new building on Coulter Ave. This is where the temporary Boyd’s is now. That building a few low rise buildings next to it will be demolished for this.

Across the street from Trader Joe's and the farmers' market as well?

Are all the affected retailers relocating or closing for good? Just curious.
I love the proposed building, but hope the retailers don't dwindle.

They keep trying to put a nice restaurant in the old bank building on Lancaster but it keeps failing.

Actually, Primavera Pizza Kitchen was there for decades. It recently became the Bercy. Has the Bercy failed?

Even pre-COVID it was pretty dead, and a lot of people I know had pretty bad experiences there.

I loved Primavera, but I could've sworn it wasn't always there? I remember being a kid and going to something else...

It had been there at least since ‘95
