Yea I would think about 1.5-2 years until they start digging

All depends on how fast they get a sale center up and going. I'm guessing they'll start digging a year after the sales center opens if sales go well. Then a year to dig and build the parkade.

Really happy to hear that. Surrey isn't fooling around and seriously getting down to business when it comes to seeing the downtown vision of Whalley come to fruition.
