When all is said and done ("Steinway", Nordstrom's, 220CPS, 425P +what else???), this tower arrangement from this vantage point will blow minds wide open.

Can you imagine the above pic with 225 W. 57?

That tower will be well in the foreground and will absolutely dominate everything else, with 1500 ft. of building and 1800 ft. of full structure.

If only Time Warner had been taller. That was a missed opportunity.

Blame the NIMBYs. They forced a height limit of 750 ft. Crazy at it now sounds, some of the NIMBYs actually thought that was too generous.

But now TWC is going to be surrounded by much taller towers, some twice the height.

Plus it sits at an elevation of about 70 feet?

Yes, 225 W57 sits at higher elevation than 432 Park, which sits at higher elevation than ESB.

Very nice. Talk about a view. With that office view, I would imagine he would be inclined to work harder.

I wonder how high the top of the crane is in the above shot. i'm thinking top-out is just above the highest point ont he crane you see there.. could be wrong but it's close to that. I cant believe this thing is still growing upwards!

Nice morning shot of 432 Park Avenue from that office. Could it have been taken from the New York Palace? (Former Helmsley Palace Hotel), which is south of 432 Park Avenue? In any case, a very nice picture.

^ Hadn't thought about where it was taken from, but I know I would be distracted by this huge thing rising outside.
