Agreed. Closing the parking lot down and tearing up the asphalt is a really good sign.

There is already piles of rebar waiting. It doesn't seem that deep, so I am guessing very limited parking.

Jesus, can't believe they are that far along! Looks to only be one floor of parking, but probably space enough for 80 - 100 cars or so. How many rooms in the hotel?

Maybe for really low sportscars. It just does not look deep enough for two levels of parkade. One level must be at grade?

Looks like it might be about 12-14 feet deep. Might be deep enough for two levels of parking underground if the main floor is raised up a few steps from the sidewalk.
