Smile Lighthouses and American Military Leftovers

Cape Spear may not be the most easterly point of North America if you include Greenland, but we don't. And we've won the marketing campaign.

Cool stuff... reminds me of a colder, more rugged Montauk Point (with Camp Hero and that huge post-war radar installation... upper right of the below photo):
