the recently topped-off 40-storey luxury condo tower designed by GBD Architects and Weber Thompson for Equity Residential, which is now nearing completion in downtown Seattle. Its distinctive glass curtain wall with metal accents has all but made it to the top of the tower, and the precast concrete podium base is continuing to fill out, so it will only be a matter of months before the development opens to residents.
This is a change up from projects that get downgraded. This site got upgraded from a previous proposal which would have been half its size. A hotel (almost the size of the original proposal for this plot) is under construction on the same block.
