Frankfurt's "downtown" is already very spread out, with comparably tall towers equally far away in other directions, so this project's location really doesn't surprise me.

Some new photos I took today:

They attached the 175m sign to the core - so 10m left to go

Wow, so that middle part is an atrium that's as tall as the building? Amazing space.

Here's a huge update from me that covers almost every angle of the tower.

That atrium is going to be awesome.

Great looking tower Jochen! I really like these midrises on the riverfront & the wide park.

How much does a unit there sell for with a balcony?

The rent for one of those units is around €2500-3000 ($3250-3900) per month.

Took those yesterday.

The cladding of the atrium is making good progress.

2 photos of the neighbouring 'Grossmarkthalle' which will be part of the new ECB HQ.

The glass reminds a lot of the London Shard's.

Wow that is wicked. Now this is what I wish a Canadian city would do with a new major office tower. We have tons of proposals and new buildings UC every day but most are just run-of-the-mill. Boring! What a sweet tower this is!

It is, thankfully. Can't wait for the day when Central is replaced by Federal in the name.

Love that last shot with the camera graffiti. Looks like there's an all-glass midrise under construction in the background to boot.
