Belém has a beautiful location. It seems that it's almost entirely situated only on the peninsula (not a lot of sprawl). Is this true?

No doubt, Miami is off the hook as well. The change in the skyline in the last few years is amazing.

Because of Miami International Airport, we can only build a few feet over a 1,000 in Downtown Miami and in our Brickell Financial District. And we also have our share of NIMBYS, but a lot of projects have been approved that haven't been built yet and more property has been zoned for skyscrapers, so we shall see.

Those are very cool. I've not seen a lot of night aerials of San Francisco.

Thanks, Dave! Put some more on! There are lots of great Miami aerial photos, but this one has to be our most recent, and it's not even all of the skyline!

This is absolutely amazing. The development looks like a field of crops.

It's coming right along...it's alot of work, much of it tedious, but, what needs to be done is getting done. Basically, one home, building, street, construction project, etc. at a time.....

Miami is looking incredible. It's beginning to remind me of those Brazilian cities with all that high rise density (not quite, but more than other U.S. cities).

^^It will be the most similar, but taller in general than those cities. Many of the people buying those units are from South America....

That's really interesting. I would love for our cities to look more like South American cities, at least with regard to the density of high rises.
