Art Deco was largely done by the 1950s when unadorned modernism became the standard for new buildings. But it can be seen occasionally in the new architecture.

There was definitely a revival of Art Deco style in the 1980s, and the style may be on its way back.

This recently built condo complex, named the Fitzroy, is an entirely new building in NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood. Its green ceramic exterior is a gorgeous take on Art Deco revival, some engraving and decors were made by https://polarengraving.com/ .
