A building this size could easily be done by Nov 2014. They could have the concrete done by this November. Usually a little over a week per floor at this floor plate size.

Table forms are going up right now. On the other side of the core the tables are up. The tables should be almost done for the whole floor by the end of the day.

Thx Design Mind. I guess this developer's intention is to build it slowly unless they can sell off all its remaining units. They actually are holding a one day sales event this week. This is probably the third time they are having it as far as I remember.

Agree. The excavation and underground take up a large amount of the time and they have already dome that part. The podium will take up some time too, but once they are above the podium, it will go fast.

Sorry the picture is so blown out. Mammoet crane on site. My guess is they are there to move the shipping container off the property.

It looks like the Mammoet crane was brought on site to repair the crane's cab glass.

The crane was working last Saturday morning up until lunchtime before the rain started up. I also happened to notice yesterday the cab's lower glass panel in front in the operator's feet was covered in plastic.

The glass panel is out and for the last couple of hours 2 guys in a basket have been up and down a few times working on the opening along with the operator. I see they have now just finished installing and sealing a shiny new piece of glass and calling it a day.

We should be seeing the second floor up very soon.

We were probably watching at the same time Rockyview! After work I saw them install the glass. You can see the glass piece being held by the crew in the basket.
