2. 999 17th Street 2166 15th Street (It is really going to extend the skyline)
3. Country Club Twin Towers

5. Skyhouse Denver. (Just cause it is only the second thing in that part of Denver built in ages (other being One Lincoln Park))

Also on a sidebar. Looking at 1501 Tremont Street (which I am still hoping for but sure it won't happen) going to the Brookfield website they have block 173 listed as

This is right next to 162. Is this old news or could something happen here as well ?

Agree that 999 17th will have an awesome impact in the core!

So many good projects right now. Very excited to see the rest of the CPV parcels fill in, especially Kimpton project at 16th and Wewatta. That's really going to tie the area in nicely.

How old is that 1501 Tremont rendering? Would love to get something that scale on both parcels directly behind the pavilions, especially condos.

I want to say 2 years but I am a horrible judge of time sometimes. Maybe 4 ? I know the 2 with the city back round came later though .
