Such a unique place. Love the ancient centre pieces, topology, blanket of white apartment blocks dotted by greeen spaces stretching to the blue sea.

Fantastic pics of urbanity there, thanks mate!

Interesting to note in the Acropolis buildings the slow restoration of the ruins. Thanks to the onset of 3D printing tech they're now able to carve out precise anatomical shapes to fill in the gaps (much was destroyed when the Venetians bombed the complex). They've purposely been using a different type of marble to differentiate the old and new. This also allows them to rebuild structures without falling out with the preservation camp.

Greece is one of the most mesmerizing places I've ever visited in my life. Everything including people, weather and culture was superb. We have been to a number of places including Santorini, Crete and of course Athens. Every time we went back to this country we felt like home. There are also unique private Greece tours that we have taken and we were astonished by the beauty of every place we visited. The sky alone is always blue and bright compared to England with its gloominess. This year we might visit Corfu as it's quite a big island to roam around and discover.

Hope you made it to Delphi while in Greece. That’s maybe the single most awesome place I’ve ever been.
