Deconstruction of the Former Inn on the Park

Recently, going by Don Mills and Eglinton, I have noticed cranes at the site surrounding the only remaining structure. I went on to search it up on Google, and I found no results recent enough to describe what was going on. I found an update on the Inn's Wikipedia page today stating that 1 month ago, Pro Green Demolition started demolition/deconstruction on the 23 story structure.

Here is a link to the page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inn_on_the_Park

I believe I heard that Tridel bought this parcel of land. Expect a multi-tower spandrel development in the future.
