New building tech raises roof as floors go up increasing productivity.

Here is a French newspaper article about a residential midrise in Montreal using a new method of construction developed by Quebec engineers. They claim it is a world premiere, the second link explains the tech in English from the engineering and builders website. A ten story building is underway and a thousand construction specialists from far and wide are invited to attend on October 22nd to examine said methods.
