The renderings posted on the fence also indicate realignment with a new building in the place where the existing access road is.
Yes. The restaurant will eventually be located where 98B is currently.

The taller one looked to have light blue balcony glass.
Was it also light blue on the shorter tower? it could have been light green.
Found another video. Looks like it was shot today or yesterday (not the best video given the cloudy day)

I think the colour on the balcony glass is a plastic layer that hasn't been peeled off yet. KGH starts at about 5:20

Thanks
The balcony glass looks pretty clear on the short tower, so you're probably right.

The listed available date is: October 1, 2021. Good to see so many of the units already under negotiations. Hopefully they announce some soon.
Minor update:
1 complete
10 under contract
6 available for rent + stand alone restaurant
Anticipated "occupancy date" for businesses is mid 2021.

That's great news. Weren't they originally planning for a mid or late 2022 completion? This project is running way ahead of schedule given that all three towers in phase B are already topped out and the phase C tower looked to be nearly halfway to completion as of the last update.

Cladding / Glazing going up on rental tower - looks good and differentiates from other towers. Will need to get some shots from closer up.

Thanks.
Not as clean a design as the other towers.

It also shows the dark glass of the north side of the Phase C tower (as seen in the photo above).

Nice update. Liking the white and black facade of the rental tower. Matches the color scheme of Park Boulevard.

Thanks.

Had to look up "QSR" which stands for Quick Service Restaurant.
