I'd like to think an earls or a milestones could use all that space too. But it'll most likely be a cactus club.

Thanks!
Yeah, that first shot is great, wrapping the station with buildings!
The new office buildng looks a lot more "professional" than the first one.

Thanks guys!

I wish I waited for a Mark III train to leave the station though. Would've added to the futuristic vibe of this hood.

At first I thought it was a 2-car train!
The contrasting white is good - a MKIII may have blended in too much

The presence of office towers in this development gives it a big city vibe: even more so than the newer development nodes in Metrotown, despite the area having more high rises.

But remember that the Phase C office tower was changed to residential, so it could have been better (but the standalone office towers are better than the previous plan for Phase B offices in the base of the condo tower)

I wonder if the wedges on the office tower will have a light feature?

This pic may suggest one:

This may have already been discussed, but any timeline for the restaurant construction? No sign of the road realignment as of the latest photo updates...

You are right: it could've been better. Perhaps the lack of office space demand forced them to do so, and the restaurant a temporary placement for the site of a future office tower should the demand commence in the future. Just a wild guess.

Haven't seen anything on them moving the road or the restaurant from the form.ca page 12 it says it's still for lease.

Tower 1 and 2 both have windows to the top floor. Same with the officer tower.

I doubt that site is big enough for a tower and they'd have to re-do the foundation if a tower were to go there.

They've blocked off the roads in that area and they have construction equipment on that site. I wonder if they're starting that project.

Which area? Whalley Blvd and Fraser Hwy?

Would a November 2020 prediction be too soon for move in date for Tower 1 and December 2020 for Tower 2?
