^^^I agree but remember that there's a parking lot in that shot that, once developed, will completely block out the Lowes hotel. I just pray that whenever that lot is develop, it's with a masterpiece of great height.

^Let's not forget that there are multiple empty lots in that last pic you quoted in your response that can impact the skyline. Left of the captured pic (right next to the Loews tower as their will be an empty lot across from AMC theater...north of Loews tower/435 Park) and in front of that captured pic (west of Loews in that pic). I look at that skyscraper everyday out of my living room. I'm waiting to watch Gang's/Wang's proposal start (Building O will be blocked by Aqua from my view ...if both ever officially start)

That's how every glass box should be, that how every glass box needs to be if you don't want to create a total failure. This building has really turned out pretty well and that is largely a result of this attention to detail.
