They're both very similar. I heard 2G$ and 2.5M sqf for CHUM and 1.8G$ and 2.4M sqf for McGill. The two main projects of course...

Je pensais que le noir n'était qu'une couche isolante en dessous...?? Sur les rendus, les bâtiments sont gris assez clairs
