Very nice. I didn't think we would ever being getting this type of height northeast of Minute Maid Park.

I believe so. The activity suggest they still anticipate to break ground in December, possibly sooner.

As noted by the absence of updates, this one did not break ground. New pavement for the surface lot sparked a false alarm. The newest map has a 1Q 2017 start date for the project.
