There's no way they can get financing for that. I don't care what the article says. That demand is not there.

30 stories, sure.

I'll add, that neither 30 nor 100 is possible under any zoning the city currently has. They'll literally have to make up a zone district for this. Which means there will be a LOT of opportunity for the public to throw stones at it.

A 30-story building would be better anyways. That's already twice as tall as anything else downtown. It's about as tall as CS could go without it just looking stupid.

You are correct sir it would look stupid example the (forget the name)800+ tower in Oklahoma city have actually been there and seen in the curtain wall if you will. Without a few neighbors in the same height range it is ostentatious overwhelming of the surrounding towers and just plain........ Well,
