Seems there was a lag of a few months in this thread. Does anyone have any current pics of the projects for those of us who don't get into the city much? Thanks.

Take a look at the Atlanta thread under "city compilations"...somebody just posted some nice pics of both properties.

Since the crown for Mansion blows (REALLY cheap-looking), I'd say 3344 takes the cake.

What I've decided I like most about this building (3344) is the fact that it really is the first 21st century building in Atlanta. The technology required to design and construct it was simply not available 10 or even 5 years ago, and so it represents a new age in construction here. It will be cool to see where it goes...
