Thanks guys. Original, I think, is accurate.

Lived here off and on and for the first time in a long time, it might finally have enough momentum to overcome the hurdles of its bureaucracy, often simple mindedness and the irrational fear of legacy throughout the region.

Lots of great stuff in this forum lately, folks.
