Have they finished the top coat and landscaping to officially close out this project yet?

Nope, was down that way mid week and they had one lane closed each way for landscaping, but no sign of top coat yet. I wonder if the city is going to sell that little plaza on the curve after this is done and how much they are going to lose on it.

Drove down Western Rd today and the top coat has been done. Still needs lines painted.
