This building is the clearest proof i've ever seen that architecture is just like art-what one person (or in this case numerous people) thinks is hideous, another sees beauty because I think the building is fabulous.

This city looks a little like Rio or Monaco. Actually, more like Mar del Plata. I'm sure it attracts a lot of celebrities due to its fantastic location and beach.

Looks a woman wearing a bikini, from the hips down.

So you have a giant crotch lording over the resort city. Kind of appropriate.

I like the look of this building better without the triangle on top.

I can't believe these ocean view units won't have a balcony.

She's not gonna win any beauty contests, but at least they'll have a place to shoot exteriors for Dr. Evil's liar if they ever make another Austin Powers sequel.

so has this thing actually been completed? it seems like every new post i expected to announce that work has stopped due to bankruptcy.

what an astonishing building. the oral roberts campus, for sure, but also brasilia, some parts of havana and mexico city , and definitely some of the asian communist cities.

Why, WHY don't they just make the glass facade a silver or blue color? That might even save this thing ever so slightly. Gold is out of place unless it's in Vegas or Macao, sorry. MAYBE in a real Caribbean city it could get away with it. Just not liking this one at all. The interior looks nice, though....

The building would be much better without that gold diamond in the middle
