Yes..well it says 40 office floors, (two non-office related levels are also mentioned.)

A model of the building : http://www.skyscrapers.cn/image.php?id=2735

An alternate candidate that has been discarded : http://www.skyscrapers.cn/image.php?id=2697

(I'm not sure hotlinking is allowed)

I like the chosen design much better than the disgarded one. The model makes it look really tall.

Nice fin at the top.
It looks like Piano's ABN-Amro in Sydney, without the curves.

Nah, I usually grab a bowl of the Hyatt's delicious wonton soup for lunch and snap a few pictures while I'm up there.
I actually got hassled by one of the staff today telling me I can't take pictures from the lobby. He told me to go up to the 88th floor to photograph. I almost choked.

I have been to the 88th floor one time. The view is not very clear. 50th~60th floor could be the best altitude to take the picture for lower-height construction.

It's not replacing that golf course site designated for a supertall, is it?

Nice filler for the new supertall core, that area sure needs some more skyline density.

New rendering :

The underground floors of this tower seem quite advanced. Soon the excavation will be filled.
