Will this building get a ground-floor restaurant?

EDIT:
4,850 SF Ground Floor Retail (divisible)
Opportunity for outdoor seating

From http://www.mscretail.com/wp-content/...re_2014-sm.pdf

Next question: has a retail tenant(s) been secured?

The beauty of this building is the reflection of the blue sky and clouds off the glass

Nope. That's the crane for 3601 Market. Should be a crane up at 38Chestnut soon.

My bad, at first glance, with it's proximity, I though I was looking down 38th and got exited. If I looked closer I should have known it was looking down market, I'm just not that bright.

Blends right in. This view should be pretty cool once 38Chestnut and 3601 Market finish in a few years.

Although I realize "this view" is from the Zoo Balloon...which won't exist in a few years. So forget any of that

This building really turned out well. I only wish that it was double in size....
