Lyon is second metropolitain area and economical city of France with a nominal GDP of $70.billion for 1.6 million inhabitants
Actually it is the 17th economical city in Europe

I agree it is low comparing at Paris with its nominal GDP of $ 632.4 billion for 11.5 million inhabitants
