Perhaps a silly question... whats the street address for this building? Is it 400 West Mart Center Drive? That doesn't exactly roll off the tongue.
And what about the south and east towers? I suppose they will all be on West Mart Center Drive?
I suppose the east tower could take a Franklin Street address... or is it Orleans?

CDOT is kinda fussy about public addresses these days being understandable to first responders approaching on public streets, and my guess would be that they'll give it 310 North Orleans.

However, when I look at the city's online map, I see "Wolf Point Plaza" displayed on the east-west drive. That's never been there before, so perhaps the developer has twisted arms and it will be 351 W. Wolf Point Plaza. That will certainly upset Ullrich Danckers, who protests that the real Wolf Point was over where River Point is being built.

The views from those south-facing balconies down the river are going to be pretty kick ass, especially with the neighbors going up nearby.

This is without a doubt the crown jewel of the current boom.

er...not even close, esp not with River point and 150N Riverside right next door, IMO River Point is the best thing going up in Chicago right now. Now the South tower , if it gets built would trump all

The address for this building is apparently 343 W. Wolf Point Plaza, per the website. I don't know how long it's been up there for..

I'm glad they were able to rename that stub of a street. 343 W Wolf Point Plaza sounds way better, and more relevant, than 343 W Mart Center Drive. Google maps needs to update this or else many people will be led astray.
I'm sure there is a legal process to rename a street. I wonder when that happened?

Edit: just noticed the Google map on Wolf Point's own website says 326 N Orleans St. So perhaps Wolf Point Plaza isn't official yet?
