CIBC to anchor both towers. 1.75 million-squar- feet of the 2.9-million-square-feet. Tower 1 the shorter tower will be completed by 2020 with the new bus terminal and the second tower completed in 2023.

So the video says that these towers will never lose their views. Maybe, unless you are on the south side and have a view of the harbour. You’ll have that excellent view until the much taller One Yonge and LCBO developments go up and narrow that view considerably.

That's just how it is in Toronto. They're likely really discussing the views from the railway yard and toward the CBD and Rogers Centre....though I see your point.
