^ Oh, I really like the impact it gives on the skyline on that rendering, but I do not wanting celebrating so eagerly because I feel like the heights may have been exaggerated. I mean, the hotel next to Complex Des Jardin, it is not the same height of the it. The hotel is a good 10% shorter than CDJ.

it's not Le V, it's la Tour Quartier des spectacles. Les hauteurs semblent bonnes.

^ Nevertheless, the drastic change in the skyline is impressive.

Yeah, you are right. I still find the heights a bit exaggerated though. But let us hope I am wrong. Great work by the way, to the rendered. That must have taken a shit ton of hours to do.

We don't even know how tall the Desjardions towers are anyways. We've been told by the stats and the diagrams that it's 40 floors, but it's clearly not if you take the time to count. I count 32 office floors + 3 for the atrium for 35 in total.

I thought I was the only one who considered the 40 floor figure complete bullshit, unless they have some magic invisible floors only visible to a select group of people (you never know)

Sorry even with the podium you won't get 40 floors, unless you start counting underground floors

Look closely. There are 32 floors of office. The podium is 3 floors, not 5. The CD is 35 floors. These stats have played us good.

anyway, Complexe Desjardins 35 or 40 it doesn't matter, it's 152m high.

Le Marriott Courtyard 136m

La Tour Quartier des spectacles at least 145m.
