Work has started on Denver’s newest landmark luxury apartment building project, the twin 31-story Country Club Towers II, which is being developed by Broe Real Estate Group, an affiliate of The Broe Group. Located in the West Wash Park neighborhood at 1101 East Bayaud Street southwest of Speer Boulevard, the first units of the new buildings will be available to renters in July of 2016.

Preparation work on the site has been going on for several months now. Also, below a timeline link

Preliminary work, such as demolition, excavation and shoring as well as other infrastructure, seems to have been mostly completed as The Broe Group (developers) has announced that May 29th (just 7 days away from this post) will be their official groundbreaking ceremonies for this twin tower project.

In addition, it seems that the names will now be Country Club Towers II, and one will be the East Tower, and the other the West Tower, as Country Club II East Tower and Country Club II West Tower.

Also, the address for this project is has been lately written as 1001 East Bayaud Avenue.
