Great shots of LA pedestrians. People sure used to dress differently. Men in suits, ladies in "nice" dresses and most people in hats. You made me recall my parents' closets in the 50s, stacked with what seemed like endless hat boxes and accessories. There were strict rules about what could be worn for school and our frequent trips to town meant the agony of getting "properly" dressed, which was several levels beyond schoolwear.

When Mickey went to prison he liquidated the house for $49,500. It last sold in 2011 for over $3 million. Mickey would have been stunned. He was in the wrong business.
