45% sold according to the project page on this website: http://www.guidehabitation.ca/f1nd/m...n/x1x1x1x1x/1/

I noticed floor 13 is selling much slower than the other floors!

I like this render.

My favorite project in Montreal right now. What % do they need to reach to start construction ?

Thanks for the update MTL! Even at a mere 130m (my estimate) this project will appear dominant from the northern edges of downtown.

Digitboy, I believe most condos get the GO at 50% sold.

when they get 50% sells they go to the bank asking for financing, then the project can go on!

Day time render:

As you can see, the design changed. I can't tell if that's the new design or the old one.

I passed by the site today. A sign says it is 55% sold. Should be close to a go ahead.

Rumour has it that construction on phase 1 is imminent. There's anxiety about all the other projects in the neighbourhood and they are not keen on waiting too much longer. I've been told this by a contact of mine, but you certainly didn't hear this from me.

A suppplement in this morning's La Presse reports that construction will start in April 2013. It mentions 38 floors.

Officially, it has 38 floors, but when counting the double storey lobby, 2 storey penthouses and whatnot we get 40 floors + a mechanical floor.
