We had 30 minutes of sun this morning. That was nice.
Drove out through Flatrock and Pouch Cove to see how the snow cover was doing. Mostly gone, except in the woods.
Went to Mount Carmel Cemetery, one of the oldest Catholic burial grounds in the city, for a few shots of the backside of downtown on my way back into the city.

This is what the area behind the Basilica looks like. Most of it is part of Georgestown but to the right it becomes part of Churchill Park. There's a bit on the horizon that's probably in my neighbourhood, Rabbittown.

Government House, now home to our Lieutenant General. Most people here incorrectly believe this is where our Prime Ministers lived. They didn't. This was always home to the Governor/Lieutenant Governor.
