I used to do Thursday Night Social Ride (TNSR). It would usually be a competition at bar stops downtown (Red River had some good spots) to see how high up a bike could get locked to something.
SXSW 2011 I remember chaining my bike up on the old window bars in
this street view when trying to get to a SXSW volunteer shift. I figured it was safer than the gas meter. Got some funny looks...
