Should not have been a change in height. The first rendering was produced before the design was completed, and it showed what was being imagined. It was very distorted, because the tightness of the site makes it almost impossible to show such a tall, thin tower without extreme wide angle projection of the perspective lines. The second rendering is based on the finished construction drawings and is from a viewpoint further away, to help with the distortion. No reduction in height was ever made in the design.

Very helpful information. Thanks for contributing to this forum RGA. Enjoy your work. Is there any other potential high-rise residential in Atlanta you're working on?

Ok just looked like one of the 14 sections was gone from the design but I see it was moved to the middle back part of the building

We, unfortunately, are not involved in any other high rises at the moment. We would love to! If anyone hera has a say in this we would love to be asked to participate! We are not aware of any unannounced residential high-rise projects either.

So interesting now seeing the last floors go up. Looks like they're putting up the last full floor now and just have the partial clubhouse floor left. You can see it in the rendering but most of the floors are one height, then there are two floors at the top that seem to be a little taller, then that last floor almost seems to be double height (two level penthouses?), then the last clubhouse floor looks to be a double height floor just to give you a big entertainment space.

I didn't notice the floors below the penthouses or the elevator core before. I can see why the crane was raised so much. The last of the rebar is up and it's pretty tall after all.

I love being able to view lilli from all over the east side neighborhoods. You get glimpses along the EST, at Virginia Ave, coming westbound on Ponce. It's a lovely addition. Interesting to view it seemingly alone in the distance dwarfed next to BoA plaza and AT&T. Cannot wait to see more development come in near North Ave towards Downtown/Midtown

I watched them last week start to put in some of the system underlayment/mounting system. You can see the cladding panels on pallets on site, but still waiting to actually see finished panels on the building. Maybe this week?
