CHATTANOOGA: River Valley Town

I have improved in my photography skills and the majority of it was only taken last weekend.

Here's some music to listen to.

Good stuff! Thanks for sharing. I have so much family down there that Chattanooga is like a second home to me.

Visited the city for the first time a few weeks ago a convention and was impressed; didn't get a chance to explore like I wanted to but downtown was physically larger than it seems in pictures or on a map. I'll be back soon to explore and take a lot of pictures. Great photoshoot!

Nice variety of shots. Thanks for all the rail related stuff. Chattanooga doesn't get much rep here so it's nice to see this thread,

I was wondering if there were a lot of pairs of animals in the area of this pic:

Awesome and you're welcome. I've just spent about more than half a year here and it's a pretty good place.

Yeah, Chattanooga was historically a railroad hub for the South during the Reconstruction era after the Civil War.It's most famous for the train song "Chattanooga Choo Choo"

Yeah, I was surprised by the size of Downtown. It may not have a lot of skyscrapers, or any at all, but it has a lot of buildings from any architectural eras. The pictures were taken during a tour with my college professor.

Here are some scenes of the area around my university For a suburb, it is pretty green and there is a lot of natural activities to do.

COLLEGEDALE[SIZE="7"]

Yeah, this is me during one of those "university activities" they have to get people out on Saturday nights.

The following is a group of SWAT personnel. The school was on lockdown because someone threatened a bomb or shooting.

This is it for now. Probably next time I'll get a better camera for the school year. Peace
