Thanks for the comments!

Friends George Wright and Eugene Wellington arrived in Rocane, Missouri, in 1836 in search of new opportunities. They started a hardware store, and being the first hardware store in the newly founded Rocane, the business was very good, and Wright and Wellington got wealthy. In 1840 they decided to expand to banking and with a few other succesful Rocane entrepreneurs they formed the Wright Wellington & Company, Banking and Financing. Today the Wright Wellington Company is one of the major banks in the US and also internationally. Their headquarters are still in Rocane but one of the regional headquarters is located in Bourne.

The Wright Wellington Tower is the tallest building in Bourne. It was completed in 2005 and has 45 stories and a height of 195 m / 640 ft.

The entrance lobby is stunning, better than most corporate architecture actually in reality. Love your detailing particularly the ceiling and background wall. You should render out some more I can see you've spent a hell of a long time detailing this.

Thanks! I actually detailed it only that one view in mind - to save time - so no more renders of that space. There will be other interior scenes coming up in the future, though.

Here's the Walter P. Schmitt Library. It's a public library named after an early 20th century businessman and a philanthropist, who donated a huge portion of his fortune to the library system of the city of Bourne. This current building was completed in 1982.

I really like the proportions of The Wright Wellington Tower!

Would you say Bourne has the biggest skyline in upstate NY now?

Thanks for the comments! I'm afraid a skyline shot is still far off in the future. There isn't that many additions to the skyline since the last skyline shot, so I'm focusing on other things at the moment.

Well, I guess it does. I actually think it would be second in the whole state in terms of building heights.

Here's an office building from the 60's.

I'm not a fan of black box architecture, but it does look like it belongs there

Thanks for the comments, Skydragon and mity!

Here's a block with an early 20th century office building and a small church, and a late 20th century parking garage:

Nice update, the two 60s office twins look particularly good in this shot.
