Makes sense that the equipment is still there, last night at 10:30 there was a post saying they were on site.

I believe the first four floors of the building is the parking. It's not underground.

U r right. No basement, all above ground, enclosed, heated parking. Back when this was originally put through City Hall i remember looking at the floor plans and noting that it was all above - ground. No underground on this one. Hence the reason they are driving piles, and not shoring up the site.

I assume there has to be at least some sort of basement for mechanical, storage, etc. There is a ton of equipment on site this morning. perhaps all the pile drivers are doing the shoring piles for the excavation.

While, there is no parking underground, like Stormer, I would be surprised if they don't have to do some excavation for a basement to house mechanical/storage etc.

The link to the development plans on the first page of the Regina Construction Thread is no longer working, does anyone know where these can be found?

Somebody should change the title of this thread. It's gone beyond "proposed"

I'm really curious what the back of this building looks like because that is what'll be visible by the high traffic on Broad St. Great to see this project underway!

That sucks. It seems like every project in the last few years has taken out some mature trees, mostly needlessly. They replace them with twigs that often die because they are not cared for in the early years. Harvard has virtually zero trees around any of its buildings. I think they just killed the only one in front of the Twins when it was surrounded by hoarding for all summer while the plaza was built and 4 foot weeds sucked out all its water. You would think Harvard property managers would have done something about that even though it is a City tree.

Just looked out my office window and noticed that the corner trees are still there. I will call the developer and ask that they be promptly removed.

Yeah I agree it sucks when the cut down mature trees and replace them with twigs.

Hey I've noticed the last few times that I have walked by that there is zero activity on the site, now workers, no equipment being used, like the lot was literally a ghost town, has anyone else seen activity happenning over the last few days? Maybe I walked by during lunch hour or something but it seemed odd there was no one there.
