Is "Harwood" actually a neighborhood that people have known about or is this a new marketing term?

^^^^ Harwood District is an actual area of Uptown which is basically a large cluster of lots owned, developed, and advertised by Harwood International. Most people who live, work, or frequent uptown know about it, but it wouldn't surprise me if those who don't frequent the area have no clue about where or what Harwood District is especially since it is upscale.
Construction of the building is very unique. By the way, in my country, no one has adapted a building like this. Maybe this design could be a reference
Man, this photo truly shows the amount of density in Uptown now. I also love all the brick in the West End...I've always been a fan of brick buildings.
