From Agave spikes to Singapore sling >> it's the best of Ringil 2006

The year of 2006 is over and wont come back, but we still have the memories left of this in many ways remarkable year.

For me 2006 has meant a lot of travelling. I've seen new places, met new people but I have also returned to places I’ve seen and been to before, places I could call home.
During the year I’ve admired the view from La Sagrada Familia, gotten my groin crushed in a hang glider up in the Italian Alps, been offered drugs in Denpasar, have had a Singapore Sling on Raffles, been to paradise, had to leave paradise, seen the world cup in fencing live, gotten knocked by a Sea turtle, been bodysurfing on Kuta beach, survived a Korean/Japanese entertainment show not once but twice, been drunk in Copenhagen, gotten robbed by monkeys, eaten roasted duck at the Crazy Duck in Ubud, been offered sex in central Jakarta, been to SSC meets, lived like a king at the Carlton Spa Bali, climbed the Ligurian mountains, been scuba diving, seen dragons, seen poverty and luxury one can only dream about, drooled over scrapers in Singapore, been to the most densely populated country in the world.

The list can go on forever but I choose to stop there and instead show you my shots of the year. (75 shots)

@staff. It can also be that the first pics weren't taken by a dsrl while the last were

@mSeattle. The first pics were taken by my old Panasonic, the rest by my eos 350D kit lens and 50 mm lens. Gona upgrade to a 17-40L in a few days the kit lens is getting on my nerves

@Swede: yes, snow the first days of november and then nothing. weird winter this year
